Enticement
« Back to Glossary Index

In the context of recruitment, enticement refers to the targeted approach of candidates who are still actively employed by other companies.

While such practices are increasingly common, they are often viewed as unprofessional or ethically questionable. In some regions or industries, this behavior is informally discouraged through tacit agreements between geographically close or mutually cooperative companies. These understandings aim to maintain respectful hiring practices and preserve long-term business relationships.
